Shipping Policy

Our customers have the option to choose between different delivery slots while placing the order.

At the moment we offer two delivery options: Express Delivery and Slot Delivery. Express delivery is available in select parts of the Noida region while slot deliveries are available in the complete Delhi/NCR region. 

The two slots are:

• First slot (7 am – 9 am) – The customers who have selected this slot during checkout would get their orders between 7 am and 9 am for the day the order has been placed. Once the order leaves our facility, customers would get a notification on their yourplate mobile app with the details of our delivery partner who would be delivering the order.
• Second Slot (6 pm – 8 pm) – The customers who have selected this slot during checkout would get their orders between 6 pm and 8 pm for the day the order has been placed. Once the order leaves our facility, customers would get a notification on their yourplate mobile app with the details of our delivery partner who would be delivering the order.
