Cook this recipe in 6 easy steps
In a large bowl add the YP Uttapam Batter, Assorted Vegetables and YP Uttapam Seasoning mix thoroughly until you are sure that it has completely dissolved and formed a uniform batter.
Put the non-stick pan on medium-low heat for about one minute and splash some drops of water atop the pan and Now carefully, wipe off everything with a paper napkin. If you are not using a non-stick pan, also sprinkle some drops of oil on top of the skillet and then wipe everything off along with water with the help of a paper napkin.
Take half of the batter and pour it atop the pan. Spread it in a circular motion using the bottom of a small steel bowl or move the pan in a circular motion.
Drizzle one tablespoon of Refined Oil on top of the uttapam and Let it cook on medium-low heat for about 2 minutes, then flip the uttapam and let it cook on the other side for another 2 minutes.
Once the uttapam is cooked, remove it from the pan. Wipe the pan with a clean paper napkin and repeat the process with the rest of the batter.
Serve your delicious Vegetable Uttapam with a side of YP coconut chutney.
