Paneer Makhani is a very popular paneer dish originating in mainland India. The fresh cottage cheese is prepared in loads of butter and the gravy is sweet and tangy to balance the creaminess. Have this dish on the side with Naan, Parantha or rice for a gratifying meal.

Cook this recipe in 6 easy steps

Step 1

Start by heating the cooking pot on medium heat for a minute. Add the Butter Mix and let it heat up.

Step 2

Now add the Garlic and Paneer and fry them on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.

Step 3

Lower the heat and add the YP Makhani Tadka Masala and let it cook for 30 seconds, make sure that you don’t burn the tadka masala.

Step 4

Now, add the YP Makhani Gravy and let it simmer on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.

Step 5

Turn off the gas and add the YP Indian Seasoning and mix it well.

Step 6

Use the Garnishing Packet to add the final touch and your piping hot Paneer Makhani is ready to serve!
