Cook this recipe in 6 easy steps
In the Cooking Pan, add the Ghee Mix and let it heat up on medium heat.
Once the ghee is hot, add the Assorted Vegetables and Ginger Garlic Paste. Saute this for 1-2 minutes, ensuring that the vegetables remain crunchy and do not turn mushy.
Now, add the YP Paneer Bhurji Spice Mix and sauté for another minute.
Take the Paneer and use your hands to crumble it into smaller chunks. Add this to the cooking pan and mix it with the masala for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Turn off the gas and add the contents of the Garnishing Packet into the pot till everything is completely incorporated.
Your scrumptious Paneer Bhurji is ready to be served!
