Fettuccine is a pasta, resembling spaghetti but flatter and thicker. Fettuccine Alfredo is an Italian dish made of freshly boiled fettuccine pasta tossed in a rich sauce made with cream, butter and lots of parmesan cheese. The assorted vegetables make the dish healthier and the flavour of mushrooms compliments the steaming hot cheesy sauce.

Cook this recipe in 6 easy steps

Step 1

In the boiling pot, bring 400ml water to a boil. Add the Fettuccine and pour in the Boiling Mix. Let this boil on medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes. Check to see if it is cooked. Strain the Al Dente Fettuccine and set aside.

 

Step 2

Place your Cooking Pan on medium flame and add the Butter. As soon as the butter melts, add the Assorted Vegetables.

Step 3

Saute the vegetables in the butter for 4 to 5 minutes. Adjust the heat to make sure that the vegetables do not start to brown.

Step 4

Now, add the Half n Half and the YP Fettuccine Alfredo Spice Mix to the Cooking pan and cook it on low heat for 5-6 minutes.

Step 5

For the final step, toss the boiled fettuccine and Parmesan Cheese into the sauce, and mix it together till all the components are completely incorporated.

Step 6

Top it off by adding the Garnishing Packet to add the final touch and serve this delightful dish with the side of your choice!
