Cook this recipe in 6 easy steps

Step 1

In the Pressure Cooker, add the Pre-soaked White Peas and pour water until all the peas are submerged and the water is 1 inch above the level of the peas.

Step 2

Add the Boiling Mix and cook the white peas on medium flame for 5-6 whistles. Once the peas are done, let them cool at room temperature.

Step 3

Take a bowl and the boiled white peas and add the assorted vegetables,  YP Matar Kulcha Spice Mix and YP Matar Kulcha Flavour Sauce and mix it till it’s completely incorporated.

Step 4

For the Kulcha, put your non-stick pan on medium heat and add 1 teaspoon of Butter.

Step 5

Once the butter begins to melt, put in the Kulcha bottom-first and cook your kulche until they become golden brown.

Repeat this process for the rest of the Kulche.

Step 6

Finally, garnish your Matar with the Garnishing Packet, Serve them hot and enjoy!
