Cook this recipe in 6 easy steps

Step 1
In the boiling pot, bring 400ml water to a boil. Pour the Boiling Mix and add the Macaroni. Let this boil on medium heat for 8 minutes. Check to see if it is cooked. Strain the Al Dente Macaroni and set aside.

Step 2
Place your Cooking Pot on medium flame and add 1 tablespoon of Butter, saving the rest for the cheese sauce. Do not let the butter brown. As soon as the butter melts, add in the Assorted Vegetables and YP Vegetable Seasoning. Saute the vegetables in butter for 3 to 4 minutes. Adjust the heat to make sure that the vegetables do not start to brown. Once these are done, transfer them from the cooking pot to a separate dish.

Step 3
Wash the same pot once with water before you start preparing the cheese sauce. Add the rest of your Butter into the Cooking Pot and set it on medium heat. Let the butter melt, and empty all of the Refined Flour in the cooking pot, and stir. Cook for 30 seconds on medium-low heat.

Step 4
Now, start pouring the Milk in the butter-flour mixture little by little, constantly stirring it throughout the process. This ensures that no lumps are formed. When the mixture is completely incorporated to form a thick sauce, add the Cheese and YP Mac and Cheese Spice Mix .The cheese sauce is ready.

Step 5
Finally, toss the seasoned vegetables and the boiled macaroni into the cheese mix, and mix it together till all the components are completely incorporated.

Step 6
Use the Garnishing Packet to add the final touch and serve this delightful dish with the side of your choice!
