Poha is an easy-to-cook independent dish, which is the breakfast preference for a majority of India. It is light, yet flavourful packed with carbohydrates and the nutrition from vegetables and nuts.

Empty out the Poha in a bowl and wash it. Let it rest for a while.
In the cooking pan, heat the Refined Oil and add the Mustard Seeds and Curry leaves. Let it splutter for 30 seconds, but make sure the seeds do not burn.
Now, add the Assorted Vegetables and YP Poha Spice Mix. Let this cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add the soaked Poha to the pan and mix it in. Be gentle while incorporating the poha into the mixture to ensure that the poha does not break.
Turn off the gas and add the YP Poha Flavour Sauce and give it a good mix.
Finally, use the Garnishing Packet to finish off your delicious Kanda Poha and serve it with Namkeen. Pair it with jalebi or chai.
