Cook this recipe in 6 easy steps

Step 1

In the Cooking Pan, add the Butter Mix and let it heat up on medium heat. 

Step 2

Once the butter mix is hot, add the Assorted Vegetables. Saute this for 1-2 minutes or until the onion becomes translucent.

Step 3

Now, add the YP Egg Bhurji Spice Mix and sauté for another 1-2 minutes.

Step 4

In a separate bowl, whip up the Eggs and the Salt until they become sufficiently airy.

Step 5

Add the whipped eggs to the prepared masala in the cooking pan and cook it on medium heat while constantly stirring the mixture.

Stir it until you reach the desired consistency. Let it cook for a longer time if you are looking to have a drier egg bhurji.

Step 6

Turn off the gas and add the contents of the Garnishing Packet into the pot till everything is completely incorporated.
