Dal Fry

Boiled and cooked lentils infused with aromatic spices and flavourful vegetables.

What’s cooking

Dal is undoubtedly the single most popular dish in North-Indian cuisine. The lentils are boiled and then simmered in onion, tomato and mildly-flavoured spices to make a curry. The flavoursome blend of spices and the semi-liquid gravy makes it perfect to be paired with rice and roti alike!
