Chicken Curry is a very popular chicken dish originating in India. The chicken is marinated in a way to maintain a balance of flavors; the onions provide a sweet tinge to the recipe while the tomatoes add the tanginess, and the chilli comes from the spices. Cook this recipe in 6 easy steps
Start by heating the Mustard Oil in the cooking pot and let it smoke on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
Then, lower the heat to medium and add the Marinated Chicken.
Cover the pot with a lid and cook it in the oil for 4-5 minutes.
Now, take off the lid and braise the chicken on high flame for a minute. Add the YP Masala Gravy and YP Chicken Curry Spice Mix and 60 ml water, simmering it on medium flame for 3- 4 minutes.
For the final step, turn off the gas and add the Fresh Cream and the YP Indian Seasoning. Stir the curry until the cream and seasoning are properly incorporated.
