Cook this recipe in 6 easy steps
In a bowl add all the Eggs, Assorted Vegetables and YP Cheese Omelette Spice Mix and whip them into an airy mixture.
Put the Non-Stick Pan on medium-low heat and add 1 tablespoon of Butter.
Pour half of the egg mixture onto the pan and put two slices of bread on top of the half-cooked omelette. Cook it for about one minute.
Carefully, flip the omelette and let the other side cook for another 1 minute.
Place a Cheese Slice on the omelette.
Flip it in half, such that the omelette and the cheese are sandwiched between the two slices of bread.
Repeat the process to make another omelette.
Once both the omelettes are done serve it alongside tomato ketchup.
