Cook this recipe in 6 easy steps
Start by heating the Butter Mix in the cooking pot on high heat.
Wait for the butter to heat up and add the marinated chicken. Cook it in the butter for 2 minutes on high heat. Lower the heat and Shallow-fry the chicken for 4-6 minutes.
After frying the chicken in the same pot, on a very low flame, add the YP Makhani Tadka Masala. Cook it for 30 seconds
Then add the YP Makhani Gravy and simmer on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
Turn off the gas and add the YP Indian Seasoning and mix well.
