Cook this recipe in 6 easy steps

Step 1
In the Cooking Pot, add the mustard oil and smoke it on high flame for a couple of minutes.

Step 2
Now, turn off the gas and add the cumin seeds and let it splutter for 30 seconds.

Step 3
Put in the bhindi, assorted vegetables and the ginger garlic paste. Turn on the gas again and cook them for a minute on medium flame.

Step 4
Now, add the YP Desi Masala and mix it well. Cover it with a lid and fry the vegetable mixture for 4-5 minutes, occasionally stirring so as to make sure that the vegetables do not get burned.

Step 5
For the final step, add the YP Bhindi Masala Spice Mix and cook for 2 more minutes.

Step 6
Your delicious Bhindi Masala is ready to be served.
