Cook this recipe in 6 easy steps
1. Add Ghee Mix

In the Cooking Pot, add the Ghee Mix and let it heat up on medium heat.

2. Add Assorted Vegetables & Ginger garlic paste

Once the ghee is hot, add the Assorted Vegetables and Ginger Garlic Paste. Saute this for 1-2 minutes, ensuring that the vegetables remain crunchy and not mushy.

3. Add YP paneer Bhurji Spice Mix

Now, add the YP Paneer Bhurji Spice Mix and sauté for another minute.

5. Crumble Paneer

Take the Paneer and use your hands to crumble it into smaller chunks. Add this to the cooking pot and mix it with the masala for 2 minutes on medium flame.

5. Add Garnishing Packet

Turn off the gas and add the contents of the Garnishing Packet into the pot till everything is completely incorporated.

6. Serve Paneer Bhurji

Your scrumptious Paneer Bhurji is ready to serve!
