Fettuccine is a pasta, resembling spaghetti but flatter and thicker. Fettuccine Alfredo is an Italian dish made of fresh boiled fettuccine pasta tossed in a rich sauce made with cream, butter and lots of parmesan cheese. The assorted vegetables make the dish healthier and the flavor of mushrooms compliments the steaming hot cheesy sauce.

Cook this recipe in 4 easy steps
1. Step1

In the boiling pot, bring 400ml Water to a boil. Pour the Boiling Mix and add the Fettuccine. Let this boil on medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes. Check to see if it is cooked. Strain the Al Dente Fettuccine and set aside.
2. Step2

Place you Frying Pan on medium flame and add the Butter. As soon as the butter melts, add the Assorted Vegetables. Saute the vegetables in the butter for 4 to 5 minutes. Adjust the heat to make sure that the vegetables do not start to brown.
