Cook this recipe in 6 easy steps
1. Add Refined Oil & Eggs

Place the cooking pan on medium heat and pour the Refined Oil into the pan. Wait for the oil to heat up and add the Boiled Eggs. As soon as the eggs turn golden and a crust starts forming on the surface, take the eggs out of the pan and set it aside.

2. Add Masala Gravy & YP Egg Curry Spice Mix

In the same pan, add the YP Masala Gravy and YP Egg Curry Spice Mix. Pour 100ml of water to the pan and let it simmer for a couple of minutes.

Now, add the fried boiled eggs to the curry and cook it on medium heat until you reach the desired consistency.

3. Add Fresh Cream & YP Indian Seasoning

For the final step, turn off the gas and add the Fresh Cream and the YP Indian Seasoning. Stir the curry until the cream and seasoning is properly incorporated.

4. Garnish & Serve

Use the Garnishing Packet to add the final touch and serve this scrumptious dish with the side dish of your choice!
