Cook this recipe in 6 easy steps
1. Step1

Empty the contents of YP Pancake Dry Mix and the YP Pancake Wet Mix in a large bowl and gently mix it until they are combined.
2. Step2

Add the egg-whites and choco chips and fold them into the mixture till it is completely incorporated. Be careful not to overmix the batter; some lumps and irregularities will not affect the recipe.
3. Step3

Put the cast-iron skillet on medium-low heat and add some Unsalted Butter. As soon as the butter melts and starts to bubble, add 1 cup of the batter to the pan.
4. Step4

Let it cook on medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes, until bubbles begin to appear on the surface.
Flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until both sides are golden-brown and the inside of the pancake is completely cooked.
5. Step5

Repeat the process with the rest of the batter.
6. Step6

Once all the pancakes are done, make stacks of pancakes with three pancakes in each stack. Use the Garnishing Packet to add the final touch and serve them alongside Maple Syrup.
