Cook this recipe in 4 easy steps
1. Pressure Cook Dal
In the Pressure Cooker, add the Dal and pour water until the dal is submerged and the water is 2 inches above the dal. Add the boiling mix and cook on medium heat for 3-4 whistles.
2. Add Ghee Mix, Whole Spice Mix, & Curry Leaves
Take a large pan and put it on medium heat. Pour the ghee mix and wait for it to heat up. Add the Whole Spice Mix and Curry Leaves and let it splutter for a while.
3. Add Ginger Garlic Paste, Assorted Vegetables, YP Dal Fry Spice Mix, & Boiled Dal
Now add the Ginger Garlic Paste, Assorted Vegetables, and YP Dal Fry Spice Mix to the hot ghee mixture. Cook it on medium heat for 2 minutes or until the onions turn translucent.
Take the boiled dal and add it to the pot. Mix everything and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Add Garnishing Packet & Serve
Use the Garnishing Packet to add the final touch and serve this delicious dish with steaming hot Basmati Rice or a regular Tawa Roti!
