Cook this recipe in 6 easy steps
1. Cover Paneer with Paneer Dry Mix
Empty the contents of the Paneer Dry Mix in a large bowl and toss the Paneer with the mix.
When the Paneer is generously coated, dust-off any excess coating and set it aside for the next step.
2. Pour in Sesame Oil & Fry Paneer Cubes
Place the Cooking pot on high heat and pour the Sesame Oil. Wait for the oil to be sufficiently hot, and add the Coated Paneer Cubes. Shallow fry the paneer by flipping it on all sides.
Once the coating starts turning golden, carefully remove the paneer from the oil and set it aside.
3. Add Assorted Vegetables
4. Add YP Indo-Chinese Flavor Sauce & YP Chilli Paneer Spice Mix
5. Add Cornstarch
At this point, Pour 200 ml Water to the frying pan and simmer until it starts to boil.
In a small bowl, take 2 teaspoons of water and add the Cornstarch. Stir it to form a slurpy mixture and add it to the boiling gravy, little by little. Continuously stir the gravy until it thickens to your preferred consistency.
6. Add Fried Paneer & Garnishing Packet
Now add the Fried Paneer. Mix well till the Paneer is completely incorporated in the gravy.
Use the Garnishing Packet to add the final touch and serve this scrumptious dish with the side dish of your choice!
