Cook this recipe in 6 easy steps
Start by heating the Mustard Oil in the cooking pot and let it smoke on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Then, lower the heat to medium and add the Marinated Chicken. Cover the pot with a lid and cook it in the oil for 4-5 minutes.
Now, take off the lid and braise the chicken on high flame for a minute. Add the YP Masala Gravy and YP Chicken Curry Spice Mix and 60 ml water, simmering it on medium flame for 3- 4 minutes.
For the final step, turn off the gas and add the Fresh Cream and the YP Indian Seasoning. Stir the curry until the cream and seasoning is properly incorporated.
Use the Garnishing Packet to add the final touch and your piping hot Chicken Curry is ready to serve!
