Cook this recipe in 6 easy steps
In a bowl add all the Eggs, Assorted Vegetables and YP Cheese Omelette Spice Mix and whip them into an airy mixture.
Put the cast-iron skillet on medium-low heat and add 1 tablespoon of Butter.
Pour half of the egg mixture onto the pan and put two slices of Bread on top of the half-cooked omelette. Cook it for about one minute.
Carefully, flip the omelette and let the other side cook for another 1 minute
Place the Cheese Slices on the omelette and flip it in half, such that the omelette and the cheese is sandwiched between the two slices of bread.
Repeat the process for making another omelette
Once the omelette is done serve it alongside tomato ketchup
