Cook this recipe in 6 easy steps
1. Shallow Fry Marinated Chicken
Start by heating the Butter Mix in the cooking pan on high heat. Wait for the butter to heat up and add the marinated chicken. Cook it in the butter for 2 minutes on high heat. Lower the heat and Shallow-fry the chicken for 4-6 minutes.
2. Add YP Makhani Tadka Masala & YP Makhani Gravy
After frying the chicken in the same pan, on a very low flame, add the YP Makhani Tadka Masala. Cook it for 30 seconds and then add the YP Makhani Gravy and simmer on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
3. Add YP Indian Seasoning
Turn off the gas and add the YP Indian Seasoning and mix well.
4. Garnish & Serve
Use the Garnishing Packet to add the final touch and your piping hot Butter Chicken is ready to serve!
