Cook this recipe in 4 easy steps
1. Add Mustard Oil and Cumin Seeds
In the Cooking Pot, add the mustard oil and smoke it on high flame for a couple of minutes. Now, turn off the gas and add the cumin seeds and let it splutter for 30 seconds.
2. Add Bhindi, Assorted Vegetables, & Ginger Garlic Paste
Put in the bhindi, assorted vegetables and the ginger garlic paste. Turn on the gas again and cook them for a minute on medium flame.
1. Add YP Desi Masala Mix, & YP Bhindi Masala Spice Mix
Now, add the YP Desi Masala and mix it well. Cover it with a lid and fry the vegetable mixture for 4-5 minutes, occasionally stirring so as to make sure that the vegetables do not get burned.
For the final step, add the YP Bhindi Masala Spice Mix and cook for 2 more minutes.
